| Time is a special thing For you and me Of which we can reflect on And create memories The time goes by so fast Especially when you are having fun But you never realize it When you are with your loved ones Sometimes I ask myself Where did the time go? For yesterday Seems so long ago Of which I want to go back But I know That I could never do that It's funny how time will Pass you by in a nanosecond You never see it coming You just take it for granted But that's okay Because at least you got something to reflect on At the end of the day Oh why does the time have to go by so fast? Does anything we do ever last? I know the future is the future And the past is the past But we have to make the present last Because it's all that we have Deep within in our soul Which is something that we treasure And that we dearly behold And no one need ever know |
